This Wholesale Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions between the Wholesaler and Heritage Travels and Tours Company Limited, the local tour operator which registered at Union of Myanmar, regarding to the tourism related services per indicated tour package/s and traveling through Myanmar for utilized by package tour group/s and individual/s directly organized and/or sold by the Wholesaler. This Wholesale Agreement must be perusal, carefully, with the attached Terms and Conditions that would be formed an integral part of this Wholesale Agreement.
